We all know how important the "details" are, so rest assured knowing that you'll be physically talking to someone who wants to make you happy. You can send any pictures you'd like to use to Innercityvinyl@gmail.com. Make sure to add your contact information in the subject line. Pictures can not be placed on every item, but vinyl can in most cases. There are several color options available.

This is a local small business, so please be sure to place orders at least a week in advance. There are no minimums, but time is needed to get it right. If you order during the week, items can be customized within days and then you'll receive a text or call when your items are ready. Shipping options are available for an extra fee.

Besides making customized apparel and unique party decorations, ICV can also create outdoor products like customized canopy covers, personalized quad chairs and towels/blankets. Special labels can be ordered for dessert tables. Stationary items like certificates, flyers, banners, padfolios and greeting cards can ordered, too.

ICV welcomes all forms of payment. You can send payments through Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and more. Note that prepayment is required on every order. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. The order will likely be started after that time frame, so cancellation will not be allowed after that. 

Yes, you can see a sample before paying for an item. The payment will be required before mock-ups are provided. It takes time and energy to create unique pieces, therefore please be as specific as you can in all communication with Inner City Vinyl. No samples will be provided, just screenshots of choices to help you decide.
